Amélie's Choice

A story about Amélie de Montrevel · 2 chapters · Read the novel this is based on

This is fan fiction. An original, unofficial story written by a contributor to this site, not by Alexandre Dumas. It is not part of the actual novel and should not be mistaken for Dumas's own writing.

Roland's sister Amélie falls in love with the masked conspirator Morgan without knowing his true identity, a romance complicated further by her own brother's official mission to hunt the very man she loves. This two-chapter story imagines the private reckoning Amélie faces once she realizes exactly how much the choice to love a wanted man is going to cost her family, her own safety, and possibly her brother's career.
